Job Title: 7-12 Ag Teacher/FFA Sponsor 

Job Description:Troy Schools has an excellent opportunity in their agricultural program.  We have an immediate opening for a 7-12 Ag Teacher and FFA sponsor.

Successful candidate must have or be eligible for a Kansas Teaching License with an Agriculture Education endorsement of 6-12 or 9-12 grade levels. Courses taught may vary with applicants.

Coaching and sponsorship opportunities available, specifically high school assistant football and assistant baseball, and head high school softball. If qualified and interested please contact Patrick E. McKernan, Superintendent.

Job Benefits: According to the terms of the Troy Schools Negotiated Agreement.

 

Job Salary: Salary is based on experience and level of education. $32, 813 2016-17 base salary, $1641 for FFA sponsorship. 15 day extended contract to be paid at negotiated rate.

Job Benefits: Full paid single health coverage with BCBS. 11 sick days, 3 of which are personal. District also offers medical reimbursement program, and dental/eye insurance through a cafeteria pre-tax plan.
